This site is located within the Irish Sports Council compund at Abbotstown, Co. Dublin. The Institute of Sport is designed to support Irish sports to reach world podiums, by driving excellence in the high performance systems through the delivery of world class services. The complex includes lecture rooms, training facilities, testing rooms for athletes, high tech gymnasium, changing facilities, accomodation for athletes, treatment rooms, medical rooms, dining area, reception and all associated site works. It is in continuous use by top Irish athletes to ensure they are at peak performance for major sporting events.
