M J Turley & Associates was established in 1979 by Michael Turley. Since then the firm has worked with a number of leading clients in both the private and public sector. We understand that cost control is paramount to the success of a project. In order to achieve this, we have developed extensive systems which enable our clients to remain cost-focused throughout the construction process and enable the delivery of their project, on time and on budget.

Our firm is a dedicated team of chartered quantity surveyors and a close relationship is built with the client and their design team, from inception. A dedicated senior chartered surveyor is allocated to every project and they are responsible for the direction of the team and communication with the client on a continuous basis.
