Michael J Turley established the practice in 1979 and is our managing director. Since establishing M J Turley & Associates, Michael has enjoyed cultivating the successful practice that it has become and in particular, creating a direction and environment for our staff to develop and grow for the benefit of our clients. Michael is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has a broad range of experience in the delivery of construction projects in both the public and private sectors. He is responsible for the delivery of the practice’s vision and goals and ensures continuity of project delivery.
