BALLYROAN CHURCH

The proposed works to the church comprise both internal and external works. The external works include the cleaning and re-pointing of the stonework to the bell tower, window reveals, cills and roof and minor repair works to the slate roof and plaster where necessary.
The concept for this project was to create a more contemporary light filled interior whilst maintaining the integrity of the church. The aim was to restore the church but also to create a space that is suitable for use for today’s liturgy. The use of modern materials such as the frameless glazing will ensure that the original features will remain the key focus within the church.
